This Privacy Policy describes how PeerBlooms handles information when you use redesign.peerblooms.com and its account, program, and community features.

Information we collect

Depending on the features you use, we collect information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, account and profile details, program registrations, bookings, service hours, consent forms, support requests, and community content. We also process authentication, transaction references, and operational records needed to run the service. Our hosting and messaging providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request logs, and message delivery status.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, verify contact details, manage programs and registrations, maintain service and payment records, respond to requests, and operate and improve PeerBlooms. Account and program information may be available to authorized administrators and relevant program staff. Content you choose to publish in community features may be visible to other users.

SMS verification and consent

When you request SMS verification or SMS login, we use your phone number to send a one-time authentication code. Message frequency varies based on your requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You can also contact admin@peerblooms.com. SMS consent is separate from any consent for marketing.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers are used for the requested messaging service. Service providers, including Twilio, may process this information solely to deliver messages and support the service.

Service providers and other disclosures

We use providers for hosting, email, SMS, and, where enabled, payment processing. They receive information needed to provide those services. Payment processors handle payment credentials under their own policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the security of the service.

Cookies and security

PeerBlooms uses session cookies and related browser storage to support sign-in and account functionality. We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed for account and program operations, recordkeeping, security, and applicable obligations. Contact admin@peerblooms.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained. Opting out of SMS does not delete your account.

Children and family accounts

A parent or guardian should manage registrations and provide any required consent for a child. Do not create an independent account for a child under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information without appropriate parental involvement.
