These Terms and Conditions govern your use of PeerBlooms at redesign.peerblooms.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and responsibilities

Provide accurate information, protect your password and verification codes, and use only accounts and phone numbers you are authorized to use. A parent or guardian must handle any required permissions for a minor. Do not create an independent account for a child under 13.

Programs, bookings, and payments

Program availability, eligibility, prices, schedules, cancellation rules, and refund conditions are provided by the applicable program or organizer. A booking request or waitlist entry does not guarantee a place. Review the program details before registering or paying. Contact PeerBlooms or the organizer about cancellations, refunds, or disputed records.

Acceptable use and content

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent records, harass others, or post unlawful content. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have permission to share it. You allow PeerBlooms to process and display that content as needed to provide the features you use. We may restrict access or remove content to address misuse or protect the service.

SMS Terms

Program name: PeerBlooms SMS Verification. PeerBlooms sends one-time SMS verification codes for account verification and login when you request them. These messages are for authentication, not marketing. Message frequency varies based on your requests. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation, after which further SMS messages from that sender will stop. Reply START to opt back in where supported. If you opt out, SMS verification is unavailable until messaging is restored; use an available email sign-in method or contact support.

Reply HELP for assistance or contact admin@peerblooms.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Never share verification codes. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data and SMS consent.

Availability and third-party services

Features may change or become temporarily unavailable. Third-party payment, hosting, and messaging services may have their own terms. PeerBlooms does not guarantee message delivery or uninterrupted access.
